DAY 5: THE POWER OF THE TONGUE

“Let your speech always be with grace”

Have you heard them speak?

Have you heard their lies?

Have you heard them slander?

Have you heard them curse?

Men! Men with no vision, Men with no purpose, selfish, insecured and are so empty without God.

A strong man of faith will speak with grace in faith and respect to God even before thinking about the receiving end.

Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge. (Prov 23:12)

A word fitly spoken is like apples of Gold in settings of silver (Prov 25:11) i.e it must be rich.

Only when negativity and evil is not in your words have you made God smile.

MORAL: Speak only when you need to and never let grace be absent in it.

PRAYER: Lord my lips are yours, take control of it; do not let it produce words that will hurt my loved ones or push away my joy.
